Privacy notice

This notice covers the Proven Outbound website. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and your address. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean sending your buyer map, asking a follow up question, or arranging a call you asked for. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them. They are used by us to reply to you and nowhere else.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The only outside resource it loads is a set of web fonts.

Stopping contact and deletion

Reply stop to anything we send and we will not contact you again. To ask us to delete what we hold about you, write to nicole.anderson@provenoutbound.co or use the contact form. We will confirm once it is done.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
